1. Services

Lumina Art provides custom crystal diamond artwork services. By placing an order, you agree to commission a custom artwork based on the photo you provide. A free digital mockup will be created for your approval before any payment is required.

2. Order Process

After you upload a photo, we create a free mockup. Once you approve the mockup and select your size, you will receive a transparent quote. Upon payment confirmation, we begin production. Estimated production and delivery times are provided at each stage.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the photo you submit. Lumina Art retains the right to display completed artworks (without personal identifying information) in our portfolio, Before & After gallery, and marketing materials unless you explicitly opt out.

4. Payment

Payment is processed after mockup approval. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are transparent and based on the selected size. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Order processing takes 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary by selected tier: Economy (20-30 days), Standard (10-15 days), or Express (5-8 days). Shipping costs are calculated separately based on size, destination, and selected tier. We are not responsible for customs duties or import taxes.

6. Returns & Refunds

As each artwork is custom-made, returns are accepted only for quality defects. Any quality concerns must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5 business days. Custom products that meet specifications are non-returnable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lumina Art's liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of data, emotional distress, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Law of HK). Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
