We want your artwork to arrive safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you if there are any delays.

Shipping Tiers

We offer three shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping costs are calculated based on package size, weight, and destination:

Packaging & Protection

Each artwork is carefully packed with protective materials to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. For framed artworks, we recommend self-framing as shipping with a frame carries higher risk and cost. Please contact us for framing guidance.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. Tracking availability depends on the shipping tier and destination.

Return & Refund Policy

Because every piece is custom-made for you, our return policy is designed to be fair to both sides.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If your artwork arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., damaged frame, significant diamond loss, or material flaw), please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only for quality defects on our part. Because each artwork is custom-made to your photo and size selection, we cannot accept returns due to:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Discrepancies between the mockup preview and the final artwork (the mockup is a digital representation)
- Damage caused after delivery
- Incorrect size selection

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Framing Note

Framing is an optional add-on. If you choose framing, additional fees will apply based on size and style. We recommend self-framing to reduce shipping cost and transit risk. Contact us for framing recommendations.
